Kickoff
We meet, talk through what you want from your next home, where you are looking, and what has not worked in the places you have lived.
As you look
Screening
Send each home as you find it, with the listing and floor plan. Maggie Li assesses the facing, layout and surroundings, and tells you shortlist or walk away, up to 6 homes.
Session 2
Your Energy Map
Once you have chosen, Maggie Li presents the full Flying Star chart and BaZi for that home as one map, and you put the highest-impact corrections in place together.
Sessions 3 & 4
Calibration
Two follow-ups room by room, so the home is calibrated as you settle into it rather than years later.
3 months in
Check-In
Three months after you move in, we review how the home is supporting you and fine-tune anything that needs adjusting.
